Ginseng & Thyme is a project for two friends with an unstoppable affinity for food and cuisine. In short, G&T is a complete DIY guide to dinner parties and hosting round ours.
There are two minds behind G&T. First is Kate Tighe, a budding food enthusiast, writer, and recipe developer. Trained in the complexities of hosting by an eccentric mother with an eclectic palate, in a home that was always full of great food and raucous laughter.
Second is Georgie Glass, an established food & lifestyle photographer born, bred and residing in Manchester. Georgie’s been surgically attached to her camera since the age of 13 when she first discovered her ferocious passion for photography whilst living in Asia.
